2. What we collect and why

This website only collects personal data in three situations:

  • When you contact us. The Contact page exposes email addresses and phone numbers for our sales, partner, support, customer service and billing teams. If you reach out, we process the content of your message and any identifiers you provide (name, email, phone, company) to answer you.
  • When you schedule a call. The "Schedule a call" button opens Microsoft Outlook Bookings. The booking details you enter are processed by Microsoft on our behalf so we can meet you.
  • When you accept Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-H8BMYRZ0Q4) with IP anonymisation to understand aggregate site usage. No analytics tag loads before you opt in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not run user accounts, a newsletter, a webshop or any login on this site, so we do not collect credentials, billing data or marketing-list subscriptions through it.

3. Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you contact us about our services or schedule a call.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for routine business correspondence, fraud prevention and securing our infrastructure.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where retention is required by Dutch or EU law.
4. Processors and international transfers

We use the following processors for this website:

  • Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics 4, only after you accept Analytics. We rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer.
  • Microsoft Corporation — Outlook Bookings, used when you schedule a call with us.
  • Our hosting and email providers within the EU/EEA, which deliver the site and route correspondence to our teams.

Beyond the transfers described above, personal data is processed inside the EU/EEA.

5. Retention
  • Inquiry emails and meeting notes: up to 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or by law.
  • Analytics data: retained in GA4 according to the property setting (currently 14 months); aggregated reports may be kept longer.
  • Consent record: stored locally in your browser until you clear it (see the Cookie Policy).
6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors listed above, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and supplier due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we keep our measures under review.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your country of residence

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@netquori.com. We respond within one month.

9. Cookies

For details about the cookies and browser storage used on this site, see our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
