Security built into the operating layer.
Netquori's platform and operational security architecture are designed around established information-security, privacy and resilience requirements, including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIS2 and GDPR.
Security capabilities
- Private APN
- A dedicated APN keeps device traffic off the public internet and routes it to your data centre or cloud.
- Managed firewall
- Managed firewall rules control device traffic within the private connectivity architecture.
- Per-SIM policies
- Rules on usage, roaming and behaviour per SIM or group, with defined actions.
- Tenant isolation
- Each customer and partner tenant sees only its own data.
- Secure platform access
- Netquori Connect uses controlled platform access and role-based permissions for operational teams.
- API security
- Integrations use controlled connections and authenticated access rather than exposing operational systems publicly.
- Operational monitoring
- Firewall hits, signalling events and operational anomalies are monitored and surfaced for investigation.
- Infrastructure security
- The platform is designed to protect connectivity and operational services across its infrastructure layers.
- Data protection
- Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
- Assurance status
- Formal Netquori certification and assurance processes are being developed separately. We do not present certifications as held until the applicable certification or audit has been completed.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- Netquori's security architecture and management practices are being developed in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. Formal Netquori certification has not yet been completed.
- SOC 2
- Netquori's controls are being developed with SOC 2 assurance requirements in mind. A formal Netquori SOC 2 audit has not yet been completed.
- NIS2 & GDPR
- NIS2 resilience and security obligations and GDPR privacy requirements inform the platform's operational and data-protection practices; they are not presented as certifications.
